Transforming Communities Together (TCT) are working to support those in the Black Country most at risk from Covid-19. We achieve this by communicating accurate health information, encouraging vaccine take up and supporting communities to tackle the disproportionate impact the pandemic has had on certain ethnic and social groups across the Black Country.
