Lively Stones provides an opportunity for parents to connect with other parents as well as children connecting with other children.

We want to support families in raising their children with good moral standards and respect for God and others.

Why not come together with other young people who want to excel in life and make their visions and dreams a reality.

 

We help young people to think about who they are, enjoy time together while developing life skills.

Adults and families engage in ways that help them develop God-given skills, talents and calling, and find their vocation in life.

We help people to live life to the full as God designed it to be, through activities focused on common needs and aspirations.

SENIORS (60+)

Our seniors are at a time in their lives when they can enjoy sharing with one another and their families and friends.  

 

They are willing to be involved in almost anything of interest to them such as praying with others and having devotionals, offering advice and support, and helping those in need.

Prayer Group

SMALL GROUPS

Enjoy the experience of community through small groups.  Small groups are the foundation for strong and healthy relationships, that are part of God’s design for us.

 

You can become part of a small group that agrees to share life together and has Christ at the centre.

Cornerstone Community Church is doing all we can to ensure our communities are taking the necessary precautions to slow the spread of COVID-19. At the same time, we want to make it possible for everyone to experience the fellowship and Biblical teaching that keeps our faith strong and have access to prayer.

With this in mind, we are ready to present recorded worship services each Sunday along with short sermons. We hope you’ll join us online!

Many groups, one big family
What makes church special is the strong relationships that we build with people at similar stages in life to help us in being faithful to God.  At Cornerstone we provide opportunities for groups to come together at various life stages.  For example, we can set up groups for new Christians, for children and youth, senior citizens, cell groups, home and overseas mission and community activities.

We love God because he first loved us and taught us how to love

  • We recognise God in Christ as Sovereign, Lord, Saviour, Prophet, Priest and King and accept his rule over our fellowship.

  • We commit to putting Christ first in all things. We will pursue Him and follow His example. In doing so we surrender our reputations, our rights and our reasoning to His word, His will and His way.

  • We will honour Him in our worship and our service to others to the glory of God our Father.

We share in mutual Christian love with all people of any background because God teaches us how to love unconditionally.

  • We will imitate Christ in unconditional love for humanity bringing family to the unchurched, to the disconnected, disillusioned, disenfranchised and those living on the margins of society.

  • We will reflect Christ’s selfless and sacrificial love in word, conduct and service.

We focus on being a positive influence for good to bring genuine change for ourselves and for others.

  • We will commit to seeking justice and fairness for those who are disadvantaged in society.

  • As ambassadors of the transforming Christ we will shine as ‘beacons of light’ reflecting the glory of His grace.
